I had a dream last night
that I was at a Motörhead gig.
Rock on.
They had a tiny stage,
and I was in a room back stage.
It was an odd show, where most
of the audience couldn't see the band.
Then later, in the wee hours,
I needed one, which was in a children's
soft play area, and a woman's baby fell over the edge
and I caught it by it's leg.
Weird dream.
Just remembered that it was
probably because I saw my Motörhead shirt
that day and I thought that it was too Top Shop cool
to be worn in public, then I thought that no matter,
I was in Australia and it has British dates on the back.
Then again I'm 30, not 40.
I'd still get laughed at.
Glad I saw them in Portsmouth last year.

I think I've just fucked my
chances at a future contract
extension at work.
No matter, I keep thinking
I'm going to be saved.
I don't know
call it
woman's intuition.
Oh I have to be in a meeting.
Ta-raa.
Interjection from the 6th Jan 11.
I recently was invited by my friend G to
watch Reverend Horton Heat,
well fart about backstage really.
The Rev have toured with Motorhead,
and told a funny story about how much
Lemmy drinks and how his lifestyle
of drugs and alcohol and rock n' roll
are keeping him alive and as soon as he tries to quit
he'll die from shock of lack of above.
Anyway Reverend Horton said that he tried
to keep up with Lemmy one night
and ended up having his wife take him to A & E.
Sometimes I feel I'm 7 degrees of separation away from
being an it girl.
Luckily that 7 degrees is in fact 7 degrees.
(I don't want to be an it girl).
I want to remain in the audience and clap.
